Interra cares.

Community is our cornerstone.

The Interra Cares Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, has been established by Interra Credit Union. It is the result of a long-standing legacy of commitment to financial education, economic empowerment, and in initiatives that enhance the quality of life and lift up those in need within the communities served by the credit union. The Foundation reflects that commitment, and is poised to provide a sustainable funding vehicle now and for future generations.

The focus of Interra Cares Foundation is in primarily two areas. First, there is a focus on the financial well-being of people through educational opportunities and outreach, helping to provide opportunities for economic empowerment. In addition, there is a focus on community – supporting capital campaigns and major initiatives of nonprofit organizations that help those in need, those that provide valuable resources and services, and those that enhance the quality of life in our communities, primarily within Interra Credit Union’s footprint.

How does Interra contribute to the community?

Interra Credit Union has established a legacy of community involvement through monetary support, volunteerism and active participation on many boards, committees and events.

How can I help?

Be a Part of it All! You are invited to join with Interra in a variety of community initiatives, such as food drives and the holiday Hometown Giving service project. Interra members always help make these types of projects so successful.
