Brian Rook Joins Interra Credit Union Talent Performance

November 30, 2023 – Brian Rook has been named Vice President, Senior Talent Performance Lead, announced Laura A. Miller, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Interra Credit Union. In this role, he will enhance, develop, and improve employee engagement, hold career performance training, and align teams with organizational goals.

Rook brings more than a decade of professional experience to Interra Credit Union. His commitment to impacting the community is what brought him to Interra. “Over my entire career, my mission has been to develop those around me and my communities, and that is exactly what Interra does,” stated Rook. “My previous role impacted national and global teams but didn’t impact the community. Here at Interra, I can create local development, which brings meaningful purpose.”

Rook graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Henderson State University in Arkansas. He then completed his Master of Arts degree at Texas State University and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at North Dakota State University. He now resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife and young daughter.
