Nicole Collier Named Shipshewana Branch Manager at Interra Credit Union

February 3, 2025 – Liz Borntrager, Vice President, Senior Manager Retail Delivery, announced that Nicole Collier has been named Assistant Vice President, Manager Retail Branch at Interra's Shipshewana branch. Collier will be responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring high-quality service in areas such as consumer loans, small business loans, home equity loans, and community engagement.

Collier brings extensive experience to this position, having previously served in several key roles at Interra, including Ag/Business Processor, Member Advisor, Team Lead and the previous Manager Retail Branch in Ligonier. Her deep understanding of the credit union’s operations and her commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Shipshewana team.

“I’m excited to be leading the team in Shipshewana and continuing to work together as a group to serve the community,” said Collier. “Since I grew up in Shipshewana, I am especially eager to engage with the local community and help serve its needs. I am also committed to ongoing education at Interra so I can bring my best self to work each day and support the growth and success of our team and members.”

In addition to her role at Interra, Collier is involved in the community, currently serving on the Noble County Power of the Purse committee as well as a Champion for the Interra Cares Foundation. She is passionate about making a difference and being actively engaged in the areas she serves.

Originally from Shipshewana, Collier currently resides in Auburn with her husband, Andrew, and their four children.

With her leadership, dedication, and focus on community engagement, Collier is poised to continue driving the success of the Shipshewana branch and contribute to the overall growth of the credit union.
