Interra Wraps Up 31st Hometown Giving

February 5, 2025 – Interra Credit Union proudly announces the success of its 31st Annual Hometown Giving community giving campaign, which raised an impressive $44,942 to support more than 40 local non-profit organizations. The initiative, fueled by the generosity of Interra’s employees and community members, continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
For over three decades, this annual effort has been a cornerstone of Interra’s commitment to social responsibility and Vision of Do Well To Do Good™. Through donations, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts, the company and community came together once again to support a wide range of causes, including food security, housing assistance, education, healthcare, and more. Donations to 37 Angel Tree organizations also provided provisions and holiday gifts.
"We are incredibly proud of the dedication shown by our employees and community in making this year’s campaign such a success," said Amy Sink, CEO, Interra Credit Union. "Their generosity and commitment to giving back reflect the values and vision we hold dear.”
The funds raised have been distributed among more than 40 local non-profits, ensuring that vital programs and services continue to benefit individuals and families throughout Interra’s 5-county region.
As Interra celebrates 31 years of community giving, it remains committed to fostering a culture of philanthropy and service. The company looks forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.
