Staci Goss Promoted To Vice President Of Consumer Loan Operations
October 22, 2020 – Staci Goss has been promoted to Vice President of Consumer Loan Operations, David Dekker, Senior Vice President of Consumer Services, announced recently. She will provide leadership and support over the Consumer Loan Operations and HELOC teams. Within this role, Goss will also collaborate with other departments throughout the credit union in order to help implement new loan products and services.
An Interra employee for 20 years, Goss has held a variety of different roles at the credit union providing her with a broad range of banking knowledge. Most recently she worked as the HELOC Coordinator and prior to that she was the Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Goss looks forward to using her skills in this new position while staying focused on Interra’s members. “Interra’s members are special and personal to me,” Goss stated. “Nothing gives me greater joy than knowing that the products and services we offer are top notch and very competitive,” she added.
Born and raised in Goshen, Indiana, Goss is a Concord High School graduate. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette. She resides in Nappanee, Indiana with her husband, Kevin, and their three children.
